InkCartridgeStation.co.uk is a trading name of Ink Cartridge Station Ltd and the terms, ("we", "us", "The Company") refers to Ink Cartridge Station Ltd.
The terms ("You", “The Customer”) shall mean any person or persons, firm or company who buys or agrees to buy goods from the Company.

By accessing any areas of InkCartridgeStation.co.uk the user acknowledges the notices, and agrees to the terms and conditions, set out below.

All trademarks, product names and company names or logos cited herein are for reference only and these trademarks, product names and logos belong to their respective owners.
The material contained in InkCartridgeStation.co.uk, including all portions of this web site, content, site design, text, graphics, and the selection and arrangement thereof are property of Ink Cartridge Station Ltd.

1. Making A Purchase

Making a purchase couldn\'t be easier. Just browse our catalogue and add items to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "View Shopping Cart" and click CheckOut. You will be asked for the few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept the following methods of payment for online orders.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, Solo and American Express. Cards keyed online are automatically debited at the time of purchase.

We trade in sterling (GBP). The web price are the price you pay. We are currently NOT register for VAT, we have not reach the VAT threshold at present.

Please note that all purchases must be made online using our website.

You may only place orders and make communications with us in English, and all contracts concluded between us will be in English. No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and us until we dispatch your order. We will confirm that your orders have been dispatched by a confirmation email. This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by us of your offer to buy goods from us or a third party engaged on your behalf by us whether or not you receive that e-mail.

2. Delivery Information

We now guarantee that, subject to stock availability and technology allowing, if we receive your order by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will dispatch it on the same working day. Order place after the cut off time may be dispatch on the same working day or on the following working day.

InkCartridgeStation.co.uk offers FAST & FREE UK delivery for ALL orders. To keep our prices as low as possible, orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. We also provide 1st Class Post or guaranteed next day service by Royal Mail Special Delivery at extra cost, which you can select during the check out process.

We ship to UK and Most of the European address and will only dispatch orders to the Card Holder Registration address.

Orders over £50.00 are usually sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery service, signature will be required upon delivery.

If in the exceptional circumstance that we take your order for an item, but run out of stock prior to your order being dispatched, we will backorder for you. We will endeavour to email you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

3. Delivery Times

We now guarantee that, subject to stock availability and technology allowing, if we receive your order by 2pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) we will dispatch it on the same working day. Order place after the cut off time may be dispatch on the same working day or on the following working day.

We always use Royal Mail for delivery. Typical delivery time is 1-3 Working Days for Royal Mail 2nd Class Post to the UK address & 2-4 Working Days for Royal Mail AirMail to Most European address.

You can always check the status of your order by login to your account. You will also receive an e-mail from us once your order has been dispatched. If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit, if you have not received the goods within 5 working days you should contact us immediately via our helpdesk system from our website.

It is worth noting that we find a most of the missing orders are held at local sorting offices or are held by a neighbour or colleague. When package does not fit through your letter box or requires a signature upon delivery and do not had a reply, Royal Mail would usually leave a card indicating this, however there are times when these are misplaced or not left at all.

4. Liability

4.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing by email or via our helpdesk system from our website of the problem within 7 days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If you notify a problem to us under this condition our only obligation will be, we will:-
a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery,
b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or
c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.

4.2 In cases of alleged non-delivery, claims must be notified to us in writing by email or via our helpdesk system from our website within 14 days of despatch of the goods by the Company.

4.3 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph c) above.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

5. Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return a product, please email us via our helpdesk system from our website to let us know what you'd like to send back. We will reply requesting all the details we need to fulfil your request. We can then issue a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to complete the return. You will have to pay the return cost of postage.
As cartridges are a consumable item we are unable to refund or replace if:
1. The cartridge has over 20% use.
2. The customer has caused damage.

6. Cancelling an Order

Under the EC Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 14 days from the day you received your goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order and we do not impose any penalty for doing so, provided they are unused, unopened and kept in original packaging in which your order was delivered.

To cancel a contract, please email us via our helpdesk system from our website to let us know what you'd like to send back. We will then issue a returns number and instructions on how to complete the return. You will have to pay the return cost of postage. Package the items securely and send them to us with the invoice within 14 days commencing the day we email you the return number. If you cancel the contract, any additional postage paid (eg. Special Delivery, Recorded Delivery etc.) will not be refunded unless the product is faulty.

We recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

The sum debited to us from your credit / debit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days when we received the good back from you, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.

7. Cancellation by InkCartridgeStation.co.uk

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:-
a) we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered,
b) we do not deliver to your area, or
c) one or more of the goods you have ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and we will re-credit your account with any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 7 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

8. Offers & Promotions

Periodically we will offer discounts and special offers to you the customer we may contact you via email if you wish not to receive emails please reply to any communications "un-subscribe" you will be removed from any mailing list within 7 working days of your request. We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion.

9. Privacy Policy

InkCartridgeStation.co.uk are committed to protecting your privacy. We take your privacy very seriously, treating you the same way we do want our own details handled. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information from you when you register or place an order.

Why We Collect Your Information

Your personal information is used to help us process your order and deliver it to you. For example, we can’t deliver an order without knowing your name and delivery address.

The information we collect about you enables us to process your order, get the order deliver to you and provide you with the best service possible.

We will need to collect the following information to process and fulfil your order, and to notify where applicable the status of your order:

Card Details
We never store your card details, and all card processing is done externally by Nochex Ltd in Leeds or Paypal, this is 100% secure and your card is never at risk.

We only send promotional emails with your permission, and do not pass your details onto any third parties for marketing.

Quite simply, spam email is the worst. We will not send any unsolicited commercial email (also known as spam) and all marketing emails will include details and a link of how to opt-out / unsubscribe.

You can also unsubscribe from any promotional emails by contacting us via the methods on the contact us page.
